Roman Stanek
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Roman, the founder of the investment group RIQ Investments, has more than 20 years of experience in various areas of business. He started his business career in the food industry and subsequently built one of the largest agricultural holdings in the territory of Northern Moravia, managing more than 10,000 hectares of land. After a successful exit in 2016, he focused on investments in the field of masonry, renewable resources and real estate.
Among his strengths are the identification of interesting investment opportunities and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
Marek Mlčoch
Chief Financial Officer
Marek is the group's financial director responsible for the financial management of portfolio investments and the management of acquisition processes. He started his career in 2007 in transaction consulting at Ernst & Young, Munich, where as a member of the consulting team he participated in many transactions across various sectors. As an M&A consultant at Black Swan Investments & Consultancy since 2010, he participated in more than 20 projects in the field of buy-side and sell-side consulting. From 2014, he worked as the financial director of the XYIENCE group of agricultural enterprises in Northern Moravia and subsequently participated in the successful consolidation of the Slovetra agricultural group in Slovakia. Marek is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava in the specialization of corporate finance and Fachhochschule Rosenheim in the specialization of controlling, taxes and audit.
Kirill Khryakov
Investment Director
Kirill is an investment director responsible for investments in the field of renewable resources and for the restructuring of manufacturing companies in the portfolio. Thanks to many years of experience in the field of automotive and motorsport, he knows how to find the optimal solution in the shortest possible time and with limited resources. Kirill is a graduate of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) and holds a PhD. in mechanical engineering. Among his strengths are an independent approach to solving different cases, attention to detail and the ability to find the right solution with the help of analyzing a large amount of data.
Vladislav Stanek
Investment Director
Vladislav is the investment director responsible for the management and administration of properties in the group's portfolio. During his time in the group, he gained extensive experience in the field of logistics, vehicle service and sales, business and real estate. In his work, he applies his excellent communication skills and strives for a proactive and client-oriented approach.
