The company was founded in 2017 with the intention of investing in existing and implementing the construction of new small hydropower plants and photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic. There are currently 8 small hydropower plants in operation with a total installed capacity of 1.3 MW. Sources with an installed capacity of 4 MW are under construction.  

The company ensures the supply of electricity and natural gas for all types of companies and households. The company also specializes in the purchase of substations and their operation.
